PAGA Cap Ready

Stay ahead of PAGA. Every quarter.

An annual subscription for California employers with hourly workforces. Four audits a year, corrective plans after each one, and policy updates whenever California's law changes.

What It Does

Built to document the steps that matter.

California's 2024 PAGA reforms can lower penalties for employers who took reasonable steps to follow the law before a claim. Cap Ready helps you take those steps every quarter and keep a record that you did. Whether a penalty cap applies is decided case by case.

Each quarter, we audit your payroll records and practices. If we find gaps, we give you a plan to fix them and help you put it in place. If California's law changes, we update your policies before your next audit.

What's Included Each Quarter

  • Full payroll audit — pay stubs, timecards, meal and rest breaks, overtime
  • Corrective action plan with specific fixes
  • Updated wage statements, policies, and new-hire packet
  • Policy updates when California wage-and-hour law changes
